Have you ever heard Joe Biden speak at one of his hearings? This clip somewhat featured his incoherency, but it gets a whole lot worse at his hearings when he pontificates on and on and on and says relatively nothing. Besides that, I don't want a plagiarist as president. He says Bush doesn't have a Political Plan. Well, I haven't heard Biden come up with anything of his own.
