Picture of the week

Here's a picture scanned from some old slides that I had put away.

My friend flatbed scanned a bunch of them for me.

Sheba was a good kitty.
She was adopted from the Humane Society in the early 90's, lived with me for several years, then she lived the final years of her life at my mom's house and died in 2002.

It took a bit for her to warm up to people, but once she did, she loved to lay in your lap, especially if you were sitting close to a nice warm fire in the livingroom.

You can click on this one to see a larger version.

Great clarity for a scanned photo. And a Sheba was a beauty.

Awww, I love Sheba! I love that she enjoyed laps by warm fires, that's just so endearing. She has beautiful color in your picture. Looks like she enjoyed the sunshine, too!

Thanks for sharing Sheba!

had a rough start to her life before she wound up at the shelter, but lived the rest of her life in pretty good comfort.. :)
