Happy Friday, people!

First, something good for you, good for me, good for the future of our nation (in my humble opinion) that you should promote on your blog:

Plan For Iraq (planforiraq.com)
Great stuff from Joe Biden. Read it and pass it on and promote.
If only Joe had a plan for that hair of his..

Now, on to other news:

Go directly to jail, asshole! Rep. Bob Ney Pleads Guilty to Bribery

And then there are a few other groups that believe in republican values that might be in a little trouble: Nonprofits laundered cash for Abramoff

The five groups named in the report are Americans for Tax Reform, headed by influential conservative activist Grover Norquist; the Council of Republicans for Environmental Advocacy, which was founded by Gale Norton before she became Secretary of the Interior; Citizens Against Government Waste, which fights "pork barrel" spending; the National Center for Public Policy Research, a think tank; and Toward Tradition, a religious group.

According to the report, some of the groups laundered money from Abramoff's lobbying clients and took payments to write newspaper opinion pieces.

Whoops.

Wow, this has been some week for the rethugs, eh?

Happy Friday indeed, especially those "nonprofit" rightwing groups who were caught laundering money for Abramoff. It's Friday the 13th for those assholes.

Yep there's been loads of laundering and I expect that if the digging continues you'll see more guys going down in flames. Abramoff should have been jailed a long time ago for unleashing the horrible film "Red Scorpion" on us.
