The countdown to the 5 year anniv. of 9-11 and the stink of Bush failure.

I can't even begin to imagine how many times Bush/Rummy/Cheney/Rice will invoke the memory of that day in their continuing stumping for the "war on terror".
People will all grieve in their own way about that terrible date.

Of course, only rarely will someone have the nut-sac to say to the prez, "what does 9-11 have to do with Iraq", but even more rare (so rare that I cannot find a cite) would be the person that asks why terror is worse around the world since we invaded Iraq.
Hey, I guess all those lives and the third of a trillion dollars will be worth it to secure them oil fields..

As the BushCo cabal goes a-wandering still labeling anyone (65 percent of Americans?) that does not support their failed policy as a traitor, let's not forget that little nit picking thing called the Constitution that's been following them around for the last week or so.

Another thing that seems to be following around BushCo is some kind of stench.
Because I'll tell you, for the first time in these 5+ long years we have had these fucks around, people sure make a face as if someone left the outhouse door open upon mention of this administration.

Let's be honest, most people are not political animals. Hence voter turnout.
But even with a lapdog press and angry Reich Wing echo machine, people who are ordinarily not that interested in politics are pinching their collective noses at BushCo.
And rightly so.

I'll give them this, though; they have sucessfully dealt the plays that they wanted: Perpetual military and class war, a shift of the balance of wealth even more so to the most wealthy and feet FIRMLY in the door to rip the Bill of Rights to shreds.

I can't believe it took so many people this long to finally begin to get a clue about the neocon crime family. Argh.

It's just unreal that so many dunces still think there's a connection between Iraq and 9/11.

Reduced funds for education plus Rove's propoganda machine equals gullible voters.
