True Intelligence wins out

Judge bans teaching intelligent design

Get used to it, weirdos.
We need to teach science in a science class.
Yea, I know, crazy thought..

PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - A federal judge on Tuesday banned the teaching of intelligent design as an alternative to evolution by Pennsylvania's Dover Area School District, saying the practice violated the constitutional ban on teaching religion in public schools.

I wonder what that freak Pat Robertson will have to say about this now? He may send a plague of locusts or something, I guess..

"Our conclusion today is that it is unconstitutional to teach intelligent design as an alternative to evolution in a public school classroom," Jones wrote in a 139-page opinion.

I think PA might even be a Blue State.

Isn't this what we have parochial schools for? Really. If they want to introduce Intelligent Design into Science, then I suggest we introduce evolution into Sunday School.

well, here's a funny thing.
those schools have to be careful, too, because though a lot of them may be filled with kids of religious freaks, a lot of the parents are relatively normal and know that their kids need science.
