It's Chili cookoff day for me! UPDATE.
UPDATE!
And the winner is.... ME!
Twice in a row, baby with my black bean, Black Irish chili (chili con Guinness).
With fresh jalapeno, dried chipotle, couple pounds ground sirloin, diced tomatoes, chili powder, 3/4 of a pound of brown sugar, lots of cumin and cayanne, dried mustard, salt and pepper.
God damn that was some good shit!
Simmered it all freakin' day on the stove.
That is the key.
