Bush's power to detain US enemy combatant upheld

You understand what this means, don't you?

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S.

President George W. Bush has the power to detain Jose Padilla, a U.S. citizen who has been held in a South Carolina military brig for more than three years as a suspected enemy combatant without any charges, a federal appeals court ruled on Friday.

It means that YOU as an American citizen have just lost another right protected under the Constitution.
This also means that the terrorists have won. They really have.
And the worst Terrorist of all, King GWB, has won, too.

This Padilla guy, he may be a fucking scumbag of the highest order.
If so, then charge the fucker and get on with it.
Detaining people, AMERICAN people without access to an attorney, without being charged or brought to a trial judged by your peers is Un-American.
Bush is a traitor.
